| Any student who has medicine in the office, either prescription or over the counter, needs to have a parent stop by the office this week to pick it up. Any medication left here will be discarded when we return to school in August. |

| Students - Please remember that you need a Certificate of Attendance from your school to get your Learners or Drivers License. Come by and fill out the form no later than Wednesday afternoon. These are only processed on Thursday's. (You will also need your Drug & Alcohol Awareness Certificate) You will not be able to get a Certificate of Attendance during the months of June and July, so if you plan to get your learners or drivers license this summer you need to get a form this week. It will be good until we return to school in August. |

| All students planning to complete community service hours over the summer need to pick up a new PHS Hands to Heart Community Service Recording Form in the school media center to get hours Pre-Approved before the summer. The instructions for completing the form and getting approval for hours are included on the form. Any questions need to be directed to Mr. Billy Morgan, Mrs. Kim Donehoo, or Mrs. Courtney Smith. |

| If you are interested in showing your leadership skills at PHS, consider the Student Council. Applications for the school year 2011 - 2012 are outside of Room 166. Even if you are currently a member, you must submit an application for next year. Applications are due by May 27. |
